Free Piano Teacher Printable: A Record that Maximizes Productivity

Neat records make a neat studio.

If you’re like me, you love it when things run smoothly.

Today, I’m sharing the student record forms that I designed for this year as a free pdf.

Saving Time & Energy

  • These student records have all the important information right in one spot– no hunting around or shuffling papers.
  • Plus they’re designed to be super flexible and user-friendly. No frustration.

I keep all my student records in one binder, usually with one sheet per student.

I have a different binder for detailed student information/interviews, etc. because I like to have information available at-a-glance. Efficiency, efficiency!

You can also open this on a tablet (like an iPad) and write on it directly with a stylus, to keep digital records only.

Student Record

  1. Tuition Rate – Saves time and ensures accuracy when calculating payments, especially if you have a pay scale for different levels.
  2. Student Info – You can have the student write it in so your info is updated every semester. This info is essential for emergencies, etc.
  3. Extra
  4. Date – This can be used two ways:
    a) You can state actual date of each payment or
    b) You can state the current month (great if you charge by the semester).
  5. Attendance – I like to write the date, but you can also tick off the boxes.
  6. Notes

Know someone who might find this useful? Just send this post to them. :)

I absolutely adore this! I’m a big fan of minimalism and whitespace too, and I’m going to be using these for the next year or more. Also, I really appreciate the thought you put into every element, from a fellow designer. Thank you for sharing– I’d love to see more. :)

It really is wonderful when people create great things and share them with the rest of us.

It is really appreciated :) Can’t wait for more to come!

Brilliant! I’m still getting the hang of Moosic Studio…technically I shouldn’t need this, BUT there’s something about paper! I have loved filling in blank forms since childhood. I love my iPad but please don’t take my paper away. More paper, please! :)

There’s just something about writing on paper– I still write in a paper journal, which I have to buy– when it’s free to type on the computer.

Thanks for sharing this! I’ve been using something different for my studio, but might switch to yours instead! I like that it has the contact info at the top!

That’s one of my favourite things about it too! Straight on, no hassle.
